The lab lost my DS!! (vent)

I'm so frusterated right now!  I had my DS drawn at the lab in my office where I work last Thursday.  I started calling for the results thursday afternoon, and they said they didn't have it.  Hmm, that's strange.  I called a few times, then started calling on Friday.  THey said they still didn't have it logged in.  What happened to my blood??!?!   They kept saying "we have all 8 patient samples here".  I said "The lab girl was really busy, I really think there were more than that."  Come to find out, she put 41 samples in the lab pick up box, and the courier just didn't pick it up for over 24 hours.  Now, 41 patients have to come back and have their bloodwork repeated - me included.  UGH!!!!  I have to repeat the DS!!!!!!!!!!
