Babies: 3 - 6 Months

What is the purpose of the grippers on the bottom of socks?

for newborn through at least 6 months? I never really understood why they would have the grippers on socks for babies so young.

  • I've wondered this myself.  I think maybe they just do it to drive people like you and me crazy wondering why they do that.

  • I will say that DD LOVES standing, with our help of course.  So maybe they can be useful?  Although I don't really notice the difference.
