Hi everyone -
My daughter turned 2 weeks yesterday and I have been mainly breastfeeding but pumping as well. She eats very well when BF but I have to leave some bottles on Wednesday. I'm not sure how many ounces to give her. Last week I gave her 2.5 and she seemed to fine with it. But I'm thinking I should increase it.
How many ounces do you think I should give her? Also, any good website that you recommend that I can follow?
Thanks!
Re: How many ounces for 2 week old?
My DS ate 3oz, 3x a day about that age.
ETA: I mean 3oz every 3 hours...I really do feed my LO more than 3x a day
At that age, their tummies are very small so they eat often (which you know!) and don't eat much each time. I would probably just leave several bottles with 2-3 oz each and have your baby-sitter feed her every 2-3 hours.
P.S. Congrats on your little one!!
