separation issues already? anyone else?

I think LO is teething and/or a bit under the weather because everything is a little "off" but she also can't stand to be away from me...at all! When she was about 8 weeks old she started enjoying "quiet time" in her crib or basinet just hanging out by herself. Up until about 2 weeks ago, she could fall asleep on her own for pretty much every nap.

Now, she freaks if I put her down to pee or if DH takes her when he gets home from work. It's heartbreaking for him b/c he misses her all day and it's a little exhausting for me b/c I'm with her all day and then either carrying her around all evening or listening to her scream. She also only wants to nap on me for the past few days which means even naptime is together time. 

Of course, I adore her and love spending time with her, but I would like to pee without her in hysterics and think it's important that she and DH have their quality time together too.

Anyone else?

    My DD does this a lot. She is fine when she is around me and my boyfriend but if she has to stay with anyone other than one of her grandmothers she will cry. If my mom even talks to her sometimes she cries... I am not sure why she does this either.

    DD#1 is 3! And LO#2 is on his/her way! Due Feb 26th, 2014.

     

    BFP#1: EDD 5/7/2010 born on 5/20/2010. A little girl named Emily.  

    BFP#2: m/c 10/29/2012 EDD was 6/21/2012 Baby Hope was 6 weeks 3 days. 

    BFP#3: Twin B stopped growing at 8 weeks and 5 days. Found on 8/10/2014. EDD was 2/26/2014. Twin A is still doing great and due date is 2/26/14.

    Yes and it sucks because DH thinks DS hates him.

    Ugh. Same! Poor DD is crying and DH says things like, "Mean old daddy is home. I'm sorry you hate me..." etc. Not helping!!

    Our LO's are the same age and this started for us about a week or two ago.  It sucks she will stay awake if I don't nurse her to sleep or atleast holding her, naps included.  She also has to see me at all times or she goes crazy.  I had to hold her while vacuming today ugh!

    Same thing going on here.  He cries (seriously, big tears and everything) and screams when anyone else holds him.  He used to love his papa, and now he just won't have it.  He's ok with DH for a few minutes, and then he gets upset.  I love him to pieces, but sometimes mommy needs a few minutes.
