Grocery Vent

I bought chicken breasts on Thursday. They have a sell by date of Sept 1. We were going to cook them for dinner, but H just called to tell me they are turning green and is throwing them away. I am so pissed off.

    Ugh.  That happens to me too, but usually with produce which pisses me off more because it's so expensive.

    its may not be worth the drive, but you should be able to take them back to said grocery store and they need to refund or exchange them for you if its before the best by date
    That's what I told H to do, and he laughed at me, right before throwing them away. I did not dig them out of the trash.
