I'm a fairly small person and don't gain weight easily. Last week at my dr's appointment I'd gained 2 lbs since I found out I was pg. I just stepped on the scale and it says I've gained 4lbs since last week! Yikes! It looks like I need to get more serious about exercising on a more regular basis and eating healthier! I'm not saying it's a bad thing that I've gained 6 lbs so far, but 4 lbs in a week can't be good!

Your body is going to gain weight as it needs. As long as your are eating healthy and not gorging you will be fine. Besides, your scale and your Dr's scale are probably different.
You are only 15 wks....don't stress out and stay off the scale.
