DD hates sweet potatoes. I have tried at least 5 times, always 2-3 days apart and she always spits them out and turns her head to the side. Maybe I will try again in a month or so. 

Does you DC have any dislikes?

You may have to offer it a dozen or more times before she develops a taste for them  I would keep trying!

I'm not feeding DD solids yet but I just saw in your siggy that you have donate 1153 oz of breast milk?!?!  First of all, I think that is simply fantastic!  Second, how the hell did you get that much?  Share your secrets please.

I am very proud to have been able to help out 2 other mommies with donated milk. I really don't have a secret. I started off pumping every 2 hours then moved to 3 hours and I am now at every 4 hours. I get about 8-10oz at at a time. I guess the 2 things that worked for me was I power pumped alot in those first 2-3 months, and I alway stay on the pump 5 minutes after my milk stops coming. I guess I am just blessed in the milk dept.

This might sound gross but have you tried something like applesauce or pears to sweeten the potatos up?  (or something that you know LO likes to make the taste a little more familiar)

So far DS hates pears. It is hysterical!

Green beans and peas.  She'll eat them if we alternate with sweet potatoes, but not by themselves.
