why did I bother coming to work today

On a normal day I could get done in 1/2 hour the work I have done today. I am just so preoccupied about my u/s tomorrow that nothing else is getting done. I work for myself so it isn't like I only have so many sick days, it might just be a day to head home early because if I am not going to get work done, I might as well not get it done while in comfy clothes hanging out with my dogs!

Unexplained Infertility

Not sure what to do now. Sad and lost.
