always bloated

Anyone else bloated all the time?  I have had severe bloating that is so painful from all the pressure. It's so uncomfortable which usually leads to nausea. My husband keeps joking with me saying he's not going to get near me. I only wish I could let it out that way. I feel like I'm stopped up. Does anyone have any ideas?

I had this and constipation for days! Apparently its super normal. Something about the progesterone. I got some good fiber pills that helped and a few people told me to get some prune juice if the fiber didn't help. Thankfully the fiber did the trick. I'm feeling much better now. Good luck!

This! My OB had me eat some food that were super high in fiber and I def felt better within a few days.

The bloating is totally normal. I've already had my pants unbuttoned for days.

haha. same here! Glad to hear that someone else has been too. I was beginning to think I was crazy

I'm TOTALLY bloated and I feel like I already look pregnant- which would be ridiculous at this point, I know!  Already busting out the baggy shirts-- do we ever get to un-bloat or is it just like this for the remainder?
