I made some recipe from a book this weekend involving ginger ale and cranberry juice, but it was disappointing. Way too sweet. I think I'll stick to my fake Seabreezes when using cranberry. I prefer the sweet-tart flavor to something super-sweet.
I also tried a couple more n/a beers this week. Even though we normally don't buy Coors' products, my DH bought their n/a this week. It was very, very light on flavor (which isn't really a plus to me but might be to some people), but I was impressed it didn't have any off-flavors either, so I guess it's a refreshing option, if you're a light beer drinker. I also tried Beck's n/a. It had a little bit of the sweet, fake malty flavor that a lot of n/a's have but it wasn't in your face and, overall, it was a pretty decent balanced beer. Not my favorite, but a good solid choice, I'd say.
I've been mixing tangerine flavored sparkling water with mango juice (1/2 and 1/2). It's pretty good and at least is a change up from water, without straight 100% juice.
I need to change it up. I was at an engagement party Saturday night and was killing for a glass of wine...I didn't just because I felt like older people will judge me.
Has anyone had a glass while pregnant? My doc says a glass every now and then is fine. I am not a big drinker at all, but it suddenly is a major craving of mine, but I haven't given in yet!
My OB actually said we could enjoy three servings of alcohol during the pregnancy (not all at the same time, of course), buuuttt I like to take a sip or two from my DH's glass when he tries something new or particularly good looking, so I have decided not to drink any drinks of my own (since I'm sure the sips add up to at least three glasses over nine months).

Guilty. I have a glass every now and then. But I never have more than one glass and I always have a really small glass. I would kill someone for a margarita right now though. I've been wanting one for weeks and a virgin margarita is just not the same....
