TTC After a Loss

CH / Charting question

When do you normally get CH's? I have been reading the lessons and it said after 3 high temps, I don't know if mine are high, but they are dragging their @ss getting high.

Can you tell 1st time charter?

Re: CH / Charting question

  • I think it's 3 consecutive temps above the coverline.

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
  • Ok.. another stupid question.. What coverline?
  • You'll get them once you have 3 consecutives T's above your coverline.

If those T's don't match up with your other fertility signs that you are recording, they will only give you dotted CH's.

It's a horizontal line they draw on your chart - it is calculated (if I remeber correctly - my TCOYF book is upstairs) it by selecting your highest T during your peak time, and add 0.1 degrees to that.

  • / / / What she said.  You have a "slow rise" on this chart, so it might be harder to get a solid CH this time but I do think it looks like you O-ed, so that's good!
