6.  Everyone.  I was trying to be vague, but people kept asking nosy questions so now I tell them graphic details about my annovulation, thyroid problems, long cycles, etc.  Much more effective at shutting them up (including my mother).

My friends know as I can't keep anything a secret, but we haven't told our family's, as my sister and MIL are already asking constantly even without knowing we are trying , and they live in England, so its much easier for me to keep the secret when we aren't face to face
