I hate nothing more than to...
...hear people eating. I can't freakin' stand to hear myself eat. DH eats SO loudly. He's sitting here eating a sandwich. He's not even trying to be quiet. Then he's going to take about half a bottle of Tums and say he has no idea why he has such horrible heartburn.
Oh, and we're about to go to bed.
Oh, and he does this every night.
Oh, and it's a huge sandwich.

I work with a girl who puts a cow to shame chewing her food up. My kids dont even eat as loud as she does. And its not even the noise with her as much as it is that she chews with her mouth open and slops it from side to side with her tongue WHILE her mouth is open. Seriously...its the grossest way I have ever seen anyone eat. I can NOT stand to be in the break room while she eats. I have on more than one occasion sat down to eat and she walk in I immediately get up and walk out. I dont care if Im not done eating...I will go eat outside if I have to.
Table manners (chewing with mouth open/making noise while eating) is a HUGE pet peeve of mine.
Ugh, that's annoying. It could be worse though (IMO), the guy that sat in the cubicle next to mine would cut his nails at his desk!
OMG. I can't quite adequately describe how much I hate that. My mom, especially. I love my mom but I literally, and sometimes involuntarily, cover my ears when she eats. She's been my mom for, you know, EVER and it's always annoyed me to the point of me twitching. Yet, every time she looks at me and says "What?"
I swear, she could be eating jello and make it sound like she dumped an entire bag of doritos in her mouth and then chewed with her mouth hanging open. I dont know how she does it, but it positively makes my skin crawl.
