we dont do one, we have such a crazy schedule, I am a varsity volleyball coach and my husband is in school and coaches varsity football, plus works full time...I also work part time at Curves.....so we are home at different times at night....but I am wondering if I need to do the same thing every night??? Does it seem to help your LO? What time do you start? What all do you do? Also my LO ethier hates or loves the bath so its hard to know if that is going to relax him for bed or get him fired up....

Re: Tell me your bedtime routine.....
We dont stick to time . We instead stick to just schedule.
I have a 3 year old we get down first. While Dh is reading my 3 year old a story while in bed, I give the baby a bath. So Baby gets a bath, and then right out of the bath I dry her off and put lotion on. Then I get her dressed, swaddler her immediatly, sit in the rocker, turn her seahorse on, and nurse her while she drifts off. I aim to start bath at 6:45. But with my older DD its hard to stick to time. But we do stick to routine. Also we do give a "bath" every night, but I do not wash her with soap every night.
so Bath
Lotion
Dress
Swaddle
Seahorse
Rock
Nurse
ETA: i just started to read to her , and we do that before I start nursing her and before we turn the seahorse on
we start ours around 6:30
walk (in stroller around neighborhood)
bath
Aveeno lavendar lotion & pj's, turn on white noise machine
nurse
book

crib w/ shirt i slept in the night before & seahorse
