Babies: 3 - 6 Months

Sick!

I'm getting sick!  Sore throat, runny nose, and the beginning of a cough!  How can I decrease the chances that DS is next?!?!  I just went back to work and don't want to have to deal with a sick baby!  (not to mention the fact that it kills me when he hurts!)

  • I'm feeling the same way! I hope DD doesn't get it, but we're in such close contact all the time. Good handwashing is about the only thing you can do. I'm also trying not to kiss her all the time! Hope you feel better soon.

I thought EBFing would help since that is what I was told by my lactation consultant, but my daughter got a cold anyways....

I EBF.  I don't think that means that there is no chance LO will get sick though.  I know the antibodies help, but.......
