TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

My week has been stellar

It started off with a eucalyptus tree in my pool:

Then my dog had an allergic reaction to a tick bite. (A tick. A motherflucking TICK. I live in the DESERT.)

Now my oven has somehow broken between using it last night and waking up this morning.

You all probably should stay far, far away from me and my anti-Midas touch.

Re: My week has been stellar

  • Um, at least your pool smells nice and fresh?

I'm sorry, man.  Bad things come in threes, right?  So you're done now.

  • Ok here's the thing....

eucalyptus tree in pool = weird.

Allergic reaction to TICK bite = really weird

and I don't know wtf is up with your oven...

I hope things start getting better from here on out though.

  • You win for craptastic week.
  • I'm sorry, that all sucks.  I like eucalyptus, but not that much.  The tick thing is just weird.  Any ideas what's wrong with the oven?  Hopefully it's just a fuse and will be an easy fix.  I have a super cute appliance repair guy so I don't mind when my oven breaks.  I'm not sure he would be willing to travel that far.

  • And I am fully aware those things are far from the end of the world, I know. rRereading this,it's a touch melodramatic. I'm just beyond frustrated that every couple of months we have something very expensive go very wrong, and every time it happens it sets us back another $X for IVF. At this rate, by the time we can afford to do IVF w/out digging ourselves into more debt than I feel comfortable with, it'll be too late.

I eed a goddamn fairy godmother.
  • WOW!  That tree has overtaken your pool!  I know...thank you captain obvious...sorry...just couldn't help it.  Sorry about the other bs as well.
  • So sorry you had a crappy week. Sounds like my black cloud was over your way.
