Both my boys were late rollers. They rolled from belly to back at 4-ish months (they were/are belly sleepers so they would roll when they woke up) but were right around 5 months or a week or so later to go back to belly.
DD has been rolling from tummy to back since 8 weeks old, she has never rolled from back to tummy though...she has come close a couple of times but then rights herself back up.
My LO has never rolled at all, either way, and I don't think there is anything wrong with him - I think he just doesn't realize that he can/needs to roll. He is plenty active otherwise - grabbing toys and playing with them, and he's super alert, so I'm not worried about it. I've heard some babies never roll.
*I should edit - not that they *never* roll, but that they go straight to another skill and then roll later.

This is what DD does. I think she wants to skip crawling too..... She loooovvveeesss to stand up and look at things though.

E has always hated being on her stomach. She can roll (I've seen it a handful of times) she just doesn't want to. She has great head control though and loves to stand/play in her jumper, so I don't think it's a problem at this point. At least, I hope it's not a problem.
