frequent pooping

So starting yesterday morning when LO got up to eat every diaper that i have changed has had some sort of poop in it, and i mean EVERY one! i feel like this isn't a good thing. Besides that and the diaper rash that has appeared because of it everything seems very normal, Any ideas of why this is happening?

is you LO breastfed?  if so, it is very normal to have poo in every diaper some days.  our pedi told us to only worry if their is blood in diapers, not to worry about colors, if they oii only once a day or every diaper.
