Did your LO develop looser stools after trying veggies for the first time? Today my DS had rice cereal and carrots (first time for the carrots) and he had a blow out! Feedback? TIA!
We did carrots first and had the same reaction as your LO. We moved on to sweet potatoes and then went back to carrots and DS was fine so I don't think it was a food allergy or anything. I honestly think his GI tract just needed to adjust to something other than BM and cereal.
First off, I love your siggy! Your LO is adorable!
I didn't notice a big difference in LO's stools when I introducted solids. If he is having diarrhea after a few tries, it could be a sign of an allergic reaction. I would just keep an eye on it.
I gave DD some avocado, and her stools were a bit more watery. Today she did one that was green with chunks (TMI?) so I'm pretty sure it's out of her system now.
I have noticed that DD's stools are a bit more liquid that when just on formula and rice cereal. We have tried squash and sweet potatoe but haven't had a blow out.
