PIPs... I made the CUTEST ladybug cake/cupcakes for a first birthday party order...

I made a 6" ladybug smash cake using butter cream.... the face is printed on edible paper and affixed with icing to a fondant circle.

 

And then three different cupcake designs -- each having a different cake/filling.  These are my favorite designs so far!  Time consuming, but so worth the sleepless nights.  The woman who ordered them was stunned -- so much so that she gave me extra money because she was so happy!  I think if my sister is having a girl, this will be the theme!

Absolutely!!  Next time I make them, I'm going to put bigger circles on the pink one.  This customer wanted pink/black -- so I even ordered pink/black and pink polka dotted cupcake papers.
