Security item (ie. stuffed animal or blanket etc)?

1. Did you have one as a child? Yes, and I still have mine. It was a silk blanket. It's tattered and torn now, but I can't bring myself to throw it away.

2. Will you or does your DC have one? I didn't care either way, but someone got this angel dear Dalmatian dog for Bethany and she LOVES it! She hold onto it often, it's cute. We bought 2 others b/c she mouths the dog so much it gets sopped and then we have another one to give her while we do the wash.  It's the only thing that she has, that if someone take it away she cries.

TTC since 6/2003. m/c 9/14/03 8 weeks, 5 chemical pregnancies, mmc 6/04 12 weeks, Michael born sleeping 5/25/05 at 22weeks always our angel, fought ovarian cancer and won, m/c 4/06 5.2 weeks and 7/07 6.6 weeks,Our Miracle baby girl born 4/8/10,mc 12/18/11 at 5.3 weeks, BFP 10/26/12 dating u/s on 11/8/12 showing a strong heartbeat!EDD July 4,2013. RCS on 6/27. Baby boy in NICU for 8 long and scary days before he was able to come home. We are now a happy family of 4

    1 - I had a few different things I used. A koala bear that plays "These Are A  Few of My Favorite Things" and the original, yet messed up, Bedtime Bear.

    2 - DD got a Wee Lamby from a friend. It's got a textured head, velvet-y type scarf body and the feet are satin. She LOVES it

    1) Yep. I had a stuffed bear and a decorative pillow. I, being the creative child I was, named them "bear" and "pillow"

     

    2) I don't care either way.

    1. Did you have one as a child? Yes, it was a stuffed bunny my grandma got me when I was 1 or 2.  By the time I stopped sleeping with it he was completely flat and his fur was totally matted 

    2. Will you or does your DC have one? I don't care either way.  DD has a pink bunny that's one of those "animal head on a blanket" things that we give her in the car or stroller especially because it stills her hands and helps her fall asleep faster.  I think she likes the softness, she'll open and close her hands while holding it, almost like kneading
