  • DD had amazing head control then. But, we did lots of tummy play time with her and I think that helped out so much. Every baby is different. You just have to work with them. Maybe try more tummy time. Build up those neck muscles.

  • My DD is three months old today and she doesn't have the best head control yet. Its a work in progress.  She also suffers from torticollis and we start PT on Tuesday.  She hates tummy time so I wear her in a carrier alot.

  • We've never done a lot of tummy time, but DS has great head control.  He lays on us and looks around a lot.  He's always had really good head control for his age; he's so curious he needs to be able to look around, lol.

  • Sounds just like my LO who is 3 months tomorrow. In the bumbo, I sit close to him. Some days he has more control than others. We do a lot of tummy time and he gets his head way up, but he still bobbles sometimes.
  • DD has had great head control since 2 months, I carry her on my hip and she sits right up great in my arms.  However, I think as a milestone consistent head control isn't expected until 6 months.  I wouldn't worry!
