Can you prove that you've met/spoken with/interacted in some way with real people with these names? Because if you can't, I'm afraid we're all forced to conclude that you're spouting something you read in a chain email. We hear these "names" every week, sometimes even more than once a week! 

Isn't it funny that Sh!thead and Cocaine, Lemonjello and Oranjello, and, let's not forget A$$hole are never interviewed by the media? Never found on Facebook or MySpace? Don't show up on the SSA lists? Weird, right? It's like their phantoms! Or perhaps just urban legends--now that's an idea that has merit.

Please, please, please don't post this stupidity on any other boards. You might get a few takers, but they wont be from this neck of the woods. We've all heard it a hundred times before.
