? about bedtime for LO

Hi! ?I'm coming over here to ask you ladies for your expertise...

What time does LO go to bed? ?My guys are going down at 8:30ish, and I'm starting to wonder if this is too late, and if we should instead be going down after their 6:30 feeding. ?Thy get really fussy between 7 and 8:30, so I'm starting to think this is their way of showing me they are ready for an earlier bedtime...but maybe not? ?TYpically they sleep about 7 hours straight.

When did you start putting your LO down earlier? ?Please give me your insight! ?TIA!

    The baby goes down at 8:00pm. He could probably go down at 7:30 and when school starts for the older one, then we will probably change it to 7:30pm.

    DD goes down at 6:30 - 7:00.

    DD had a short period where she was going to bed at 7-7:30 but we found that it works better if she has a short nap late afternoon, early evening and then goes down for good at 8.

    Try moving their bedtime back 15 mins earlier every few days and see how they do!  GL!
