I personally really appreciate you +6 girls and it really frustrates me when all the newbies cause drama and make you feel unwelcome or just frustrated enough that you want to post less here.  You girls have so much knowledge and are always so supportive.  In the month's I've been here not once has anyone ever been snarky to me.  The people who get snark usually desreve it IMO.  I love you girls, don't ever leave us!
