I know there are some really good cooks and bakers out there! So i need your help.
I went to a farmers market and went crazy. I bought tomatoes and zucchini to make this wonderful dish... the only problem is, i bought too many zucchinis. So, i was thinking zucchini bread!! But i don't want to make just any old zucchini bread.
I found this recipe: https://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Zucchini-Chocolate-Chip-Cupcakes/Detail.aspx
And it calls for sour milk. What is that? Does that mean i need to make the milk sour before I can make this recipe? Can i just set it out for awhile or do i need to have it be out dated. And... is that good for you? I don't know, sour milk just sounds weird to put into a delish muffin like this sounds!
Re: I need your help in the kitchen!
My gut was you just had to add lemon juice to it... I was right here is the ehow https://www.ehow.com/how_4506892_sour-milk-baking.html

Oooh, you can easily make some sour milk by adding some lemon juice and/or vinegar to some ordinary milk. It aids with the rise.
I do that often when I don't have buttermilk on hand.
YUM on the zucchini! I have a garden bursting with cucumbers and zucchini. I'm going to make some chocolate zucchini cake, and zucchini squares (like bread but more fun) with our loot. Yummy yummy yum.

I just learned something new here...I've never heard of sour milk.
My favorite thing to do with zucchini is soak it in buttermilk, bread it and then fry it. Defeats the purposes of eating a vegetable but it's so good.
Can you tell i'm not good in the kitchen? DH makes fun of me because we have the same meals all of the time. Luckily we're not too sick of them!

That first recipe looks so good! I might need to go back to the farmers market tomorrow and buy some more! 2 zucchinis for $1! You can't beat it!!
