I was just reading your post from last night about your progesterone testing. I'm not trying to override what the nurse told you, but I'm concerned that what she told you may not be correct.

Testing at 7DPO is to measure your progesterone level. You can see from this chart that the progesterone level doesn't start increasing until after you O. If your b/w is done before you ovulate, it's not going to give you any information about your progesterone level relating to your luteal phase.

I'm not trying to butt into your business, but I've learned a lot about progesterone since that seems to be what's causing my losses. I hope this helps you!

I am going to wait until after I confirm ovulation to go in. I thought it sounded wrong too so I did some research.
