It's bad when the receptionist and billing clerk recognize you because you are there so often

My hCG was 481 on Monday, I'm really hoping it's gone down a LOT since then so I can stop going in for these appointments.. it kills me seeing all of the happy, pregnant mamas.. and the $40/visit copay is starting to add up!
Re: Yet another blood draw today.
So sorry! Hope your numbers come way down today. Going to the OB after a loss and seeing all those bellies is so difficult. ((hugs))
BFP #2 08/30/10 - DD born 5/18/11 - my little NAIT baby
BFP #3 03/20/14 - chemical PG
BFP #4 04/17/14 DS due in December! Currently being treated for NAIT
You get charged for an office visit just for a blood draw? That's nuts - I've never been charged. If you're not seeing a doctor, I don't see why they should make you pay the copay. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this.
Yuck - I hope that your levels are good and low and you don't have to go back. I know when I had to go for bloodwork every few days at my RE's office it was so annoying/painful to see all the happy pregnant bellies
Hugs.

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
The nurse that called with my last set of lab results mentioned something about a lab slip and going directly to the lab for it - I think when they call with these results that is what I'm going to do.
Good idea on taking a week off too - I've been going every other day because my levels weren't dropping and they were concerned, but now that it's going down, hopefully they'll be okay with that.
Oh gosh... I'm sorry you're going through this. it sounds like from your most recent update that you get to take a break soon. I hope things go down at the rate you want them to. I still have very little understanding of how this testing works. I was told to come back if I don't get a negative pregnancy test in 3 months. It scares me to wait that long, since I read about so many women here who were tested. Anyway, I really hope it gets better soon for you.

They're doing mine repeatedly because it wasn't going down consistently, it went down, then back up, then leveled off.. it just started going down again.
