Bussing Laws

Does anyone know where to find the laws in CT regarding the bussing of kindergarteners? They will pick my DD up at the driveway, but then on the return trip home they want to drop her off one street over. I was under the impression that kindergarteners had to be picked up/dropped off directly at their driveway per state law.
