TTC After a Loss

Charters: would you call this CD1?

Background info:  I had my D&C on July 9th.  I had varied bleeding on and off until CD16 of that cycle, but didn't record it.  The open circles you see on my current cycle are due to sleep deprivation, and nothing changes when I uncheck that box.

I have had very light brown spotting for the past 3 days.  Today it got a little heavier, and also was tinged a dark reddish color, along with the brown.

I would classify the flow as between spotting and light.  It happened mid-morning, and has since gone back to just light spotting.

If it weren't for the reddish blood, I would probably just mark spotting for today, but I'm wondering, especially since the flow was heavier and redder, if I should mark it as light.

WTF is going on with my body!?

  • I am by no means a pro, but I'd probably mark it as spotting.

Same here.  That's so confusing though!  :(

  • Huh, that's a stumper...maybe see what tomorrow brings.
  • I've always been told that you can consider cd1 if you would require a tampon or pad.  It sounds more like spotting- sorry.

  • If you get any more red blood, I would mark it was CD1. I think FF/ TCOYF says the first day of red blood is CD1.
