Hi girls. I have boneless pork chops in my fridge and I want to make them for dinner but have no idea what to do with them. Anyone have any good and fairly easy pork recipes?

Re: NTTCALR: Pork Chops
I love cooking pork chops because they can be so easy!
In a pinch, I just lightly sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and italian seasoning (or sometimes just salt and pepper). Throw them in a pan to cook on each side. Viola!
Another easy one I like is maple syrup (weird I know) and rosemary. Usually I put some italian seasoning in that one too. Slice up some apples or pears and maybe sweet onions and pan sear them with the chops. Good stuff!
I'm hungry now!!

Will definitely be trying this next time. YUM!
You are both awesome! I want to make them right away so probably won't have time for the marinade to soak in but I will definitely be writing this down for next time.
Salt, pepper and italian seasoning it is
Totally hijacking the thread - sorry!
How do you make mango salsa? That sounds wonderful! (Not so much the pineapple - YUCK!)

Those sound sooo good ^^^
You can also get a dry rub, a little virgin olive oil and fry them. make some scallope potatoes, green beans and you got yourself a meal there!
(really hungry now)

I started out making the recipe at the link below. It was delicious but a bit time consuming so the second time I made it I just used a jar of mango salsa. I'm lazy like that.
