When youse mucinex what part of your cycle do you use it? What dose and is it a pill or liquid?

    I take the pill, and usually only during O time.... which for me ends up being longer than normal. DH and I usually only BD in the PM, so i was taking it at 3pm and at 7pm only. Some days i was taking it throughout the whole day, but i really couldn't tell a difference.

    I started it about a week before O,and kept taking it for a day or two after O. I took it once in the morning and once at bed, I figured those times would cover BD timing.
