redness on boy

HI,

We started using fuzzibunz about 2 weeks ago. He recently developed redness on the front of his scrotum, NOT in the folds or on his bum like a diaper rash.

Any ideas? and what can I use on it with cloth diapers?

Could be soap residue on the diaper irritating him. you can use any rash cream that you prefer just use a diaper liner so the cream doesnt get on the diaper itself. i've heard of ppl using commercial wipes, rinsing/washing the cleanser off them and using them as CD liners.

any time DS gets red we give him plenty of naked time to air out and use a bit of california baby diaper cream (it's safe for CD's so no need for an extra liner).  We also put a bit of the cream on him when he gets his night time diaper to help protect his skin from the extra wetness.

i just changed siggy pics, but the last one i think it was just part of another outfit.  i haven't been able to find any just by themselves.  well actually i think hobby lobby has some plain white ones but they didn't have one in DS's size last time i looked and they run small (we got a 6 month black one from there and i can barely get it over DS's head)
