It's cute for a little girl, but it's hard to imagine it suiting a grown woman. Also, Lauren has a much more classic style, so it would be nice to choose another name in the same vein. How about:
Myra
Molly
Lila
Leila
Leah
Lucia or Lucinda/nn Lucy
Leslie
Leona
Lillian/nn Lily
Boys' L names:
Lucas
Logan
Liam
Levi
Leo
And this doesn't start with L but it has a similar sound to Mylee:
Mylee Kate is NMS, and I don't think it really fits the style of your DDs name (if that matters to you). Lauren sounds more classic to me where Mylee (esp that spelling) seems so trendy. I would use something a little more classic -- you don't have to go full blown old school because Lauren feels like a "newer" classic to me, and then nn Miley (or Mylee if you insist on that spelling..) Maybe Marilyn, Mallory, Melissa, etc.
Re: What do you think....
I really like the name, but not the spelling at all... I would Miley Kate.
I think that it goes very nicely with Lauren Mackenzie (LOVE that middle name!)
Please, please don't give your child a name that will always be associated with a flash-in-the-pan Disney pop star.
Why not Lila? It's similar to Mylee in some ways, and sounds lovely with Kate.
Other L names:
Lillian, Lola, Lucy, Lillith, Livia
Leon, Lucas, Lawrence, Laramie, Leo, Lyle

Lilah is my favorite L name, and I like Lucy too.
