I have a very hairy dog and a very messy preschooler. I am also not a good housekeeper under normal, controllable circumstances. It's not gross or anything, just, um, cozy and loved in.

It's clean, but messy.. and if you stop over without calling you're going to see dog hair on the floor because we have 2 golden retrievers that shed like crazy.. and there's a good chance you'll bust your butt from stepping on one of DS's matchbox cars or trains.  I could have it picked up and ready for company in 10-15 min though.. as long as you don't go in the room I stash everything in

The house is picked up, pretty much all the time. However, upon closer look, once would see dust, and crumbs on the carpet.

All my anxiety manifests itself in house cleaning on my weekends. So it's generally mostly clean but by the end of the week I think it's a disaster. My doggy does shed so you will find fur on the floors.

My IRL BFF does this too!! LoL   I pay a housekeeper to come every two weeks to do the "real" cleaning.  I 'pick up' a couple times a week...I def don't vacuum enough...as I was told by the carpet cleaner

this.  my house is not dirty, but I have no garage and thus have a lot of "stuff" stashed everywhere.

My house is a disaster right now.  I started school full-time this week and have had zero desire to clean when I get home.  I'm the only person who cleans...the other two occupants (lol) make messes.  The critters do, too.  It's making me nuts, but I'm too tired and busy to do anything about it.

I must say I usually keep a very very clean house, however I am nearing the end of a 3-week straight work schedule and it's looking a bit iffy.  I will say I can't wait to clean this weekend
