WINE

I decided that since it was a chilly, rainy night, it was a good night to make my homemade sauce and meatballs.  As I was putting it together, I realized I always use a little bit of wine!  Luckily my mom lives nearby so I grabbed 1/2 cup from her.  It would have been torture to go buy a bottle and not be able to have a glass.  I did steal one tiny tiny sip... SO good.

I had 2 glasses over vacation (separate days). So delish.

I too use red wine when I cook with ground beef to make meatballs or a meat sauce for spaghetti. I reached for the bottle and started pouring a little in and all I heard is "WOAH WOAH WOAH! Settle down with the wine prego!" DH was standing behind getting all crazy because I was using wine. You would have thought I was taking shots or something by the way he reacted!

Mmmmm....I miss my wine.  A friend got me a bottle of non-alcoholic wine the other weekend.  It was ok, kind of did the trick.  On a side note, I went to  BBQ the other day was in charge of picking up the beer.  Wow, do people in the grocery store look at you funny when you're pregnant and buying beer.  I'm BUYING it people, not sitting out in the parking lot bonging the beer.  :-)

Dude, one word.  Oktoberfest.

I've already been craving soft pretzels, lol.  The midtone amber lagers sound amaaazing right now, but I usuall favor the lighter ales & limbecs, which sound awful.

LOL I was the beer runner the other night & thought about that!! Good thing I just look like I have a little beer gut not a baby bump....

LOL!  I went to the liquor store to grab a bottle of wine for a friend whose house I was going to the other night, and I ran into my mom there!  I was like "it's not for me!!!!!"

I can't even think about Sam Oktoberfest!  My absolute favorite. My brother's going to pick up a case and hold on to it for me.
