XP: Packing up regular clothes

When did you do it?

We are short on closet space so they will have to go while I'm in mat. clothes. I'm almost exclusively in mat. clothes but it still seems so early to pack away my regular clothes.  I have the tubs to pack them in I'm just hesitating.

    I was in mat pants by 10wks for the sake of comfort...but because of pre-preg. weight loss I'm still in some of my "fat shirts". I donated a bunch of my older clothes and just moved the stuff I wanted to keep down a few drawers so all my mat stuff is in the top 3drawers of the dresser.

    The majority of my reg clothes are still in my closet, however, I did have to bring some down in order to make room for the mat clothes.  The pieces I brought down already are the ones that are most form-fitting. I had a few pieces I was wearing up to last month... but those days are long gone now.  I'm 100% mat clothes now.

    I packed up my size 2's and 4's immediately, I didn't want them taunting me.

    I kept yoga pants and sweats out, and wore some of them all the way through.

    I know it seems early but comfort is key when you have more than one baby in there.  What if you kept a few items like comfy stretchy shirts and lounge pants in the closet and packed away the items you know for sure you aren't going to be wearing in the next year or so.

    Dx with severe endometriosis. DS#1 conceived with Met and TI. TTC#2 for 2.5 yrs. Dx 2nd IF. 4 clomid cycles, 2 IUIs, Finally IVF#1 w/ICSI worked for us! twins born 35w3d. Unexpected total hysterectomy 6/11. Now on the HRT train.

    I packed  mine probably around 10 weeks.  I found having all these clothes that didn't fit made getting dressed confusing (and a bit hard on my self esteem).  I put the tub in the bottom of what will become the babies' closet.
