I'm sorry. That goes where?!?

I'm doing my first IUI this cycle.  I just received in the mail the Ovedril shot (GULP!!!) and progesterone gels which go where!?!  :)

It just made everything seem so much more serious and intrusive.  I've got my HSG this Friday and another U/S on Monday and if all looks good I guess we get rolling with this business next week.  It's kind of scary, then exciting, then scary again.

    The ovidral injection is a piece of cake, no worries there. 

     

    I've not had to do the progesterone suppositories, yet. Eeck!  Indifferent

    I did the progestrone suppositories and it was not a big deal at all. Just push it way up and you wont get the discharge. (sorry TMI) but not kidding

    I KNOW>>>my exact response when i started progesterone. 

    but really just like doing a tampon.  no big deal.

Had to postpone IUI #3 b/c of a cyst natural=BFN. Skipped IUI #3, decided to go for IVF. Found/removed uterine polyps Jan 2011. IVF cancelled, no follicles.     I've not yet done any of that, but if it makes you feel better, my first thought on why the location of the progesterone deserved multiple varied punctuation was that it went, well, up the back door. Which, most assuredly, would be quite a bit worse. Especially when you consider the discharge comment...ugh!
