I've never heard Cassia and have no idea how to pronounce it.
Autumn...why not Spring, Winter, or Summer- I hate it!
Carmen is OK depending on your nationality/ethnicity

Carmen and Lauren, I like, too. Not crazy about Autumn, and really, really don't like Cassia. Makes me think of Cassius from Julius Caesar who was not only a man, but not a good person.

I prefer Cassie over Cassia.
Lauren is soooo generic and overused, please don't!
I say go with Cassandra.
Then it's Brynn (1 syllable), Gemma (2 syllables) and Cassandra (3 syllables).
Sounds good to me. It's not like the first two are 1 syllable, and the third one is 4 syllables.
Besides, you will call her Cassie most of the time (which is 2 syllables)
Cassandra Violet sounds nice!

I love Cassia and Violet. I don't really care for the rest.
I think Cassia is beautiful, and I am surprised no one here seems to like it. It may be more popular outside the US than in the US. The only Cassia I know is Brazilian. But the way you spelled "favourite" makes me think you're not in the US...? So if you love it, I would take that into consideration.
Violet is the best in my opinion. Lauren is not bad. I would like Cameron better than Carmen and I really REALLY don't like Autumn and Cassia

Cassie is a great stand alone name, I say that because my name is Kassie...and at 27 it fits me just fine and has aged well with me... I would rather have my name be just Kassie than a Cassandra or Cassidy...
