bio question

in my profile, in the bio section: how come I can't get my pics to show?? I used tinypic and imageshack as hosting sites and can't get my images to show?

am I using the wrong sites? do I need to resize to a specific size?

Also, in all of your signatures you have wonderful pics... how do I do that?
