Need an awesome breakfast idea that is full of fiber and protein? Here's what I've been eating a couple of days a week:
Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
2 egg whites
1 egg
2 slices lean turkey bacon
1 slice 2% american cheese
Directions:
Put 2 slices bread in toaster.
Cook eggs on medium heat until it forms a mini omelette.
Cook turkey bacon in the microwave until done.
Break each slice bacon in half and put one slice on each piece of bread.
Cut omelette in half and put one half on each slice of bread.
Put cheese on one side and put the sandwich together.
SOOOOOOO YUMMY AND FILLING!
