I EP, and when I pump, I normally leave it out for 4 hours (until my next pumping) and put away anything she didn't drink. If I take that milk out of the fridge, is it good for another 4-6 hours at room temp, or is it only good for 2 hours since it was out for 4 hours before?
Also, has anyone had luck having their baby take cold breastmilk? My LC said that there is no reason to heat it up other than baby preference. Mine seems to prefer room temp, but if she would drink it cold too that would save me a lot of time in bottle prep ![]()
