removing diaper?

So. .. .my 20 month old has taken off her diaper pretty much any chance she's had today - not w/ any poop though, just wet or totally dry.  What's up w/ that?  Is this some kind of potty training signal or just a new skill she's practicing?  Partially my own fault b/c I wasn't putting on pants after a diaper change immediately.

My 19 month old just started doing it too.  I have to keep Gerber rubber pants over his diapers at all times or he will take the diaper off.

Just watch out - he has also started reaching his hand down the back of his diaper when he poops.  That may be on the horizon for you too.  It's not pretty.

if I don't have a diaper cover on or pants on my 12 month old daughter she somehow rips hers off as well.

Yeah DS has done that several times. He has done it with a poopy diaper too.
