(NBR) My accident ?

Another posting form someone which ask about the accident in high school chemistry - I can not really comment on all the facts - due to a court order. I will however say me and two others were mixing some things together when they began to smoke, spew-up so without the teacher present - we put water on it. Need I say any more? Three students doing something they had no business doing in the first place. If you are as I remember you saying a teacher - you do not have any students who being teenagers doing something stupid - right! This was just one of those freak accidents that happen. I do not hold anyone responsible but myself. Ok! Wilma

If you're as disfigured as you are, then the whole chemistry lab must have exploded. I'm off to search google to see where this could have happened. It surely should have been in the news. And there should be lots of other kids who are as disfigured as you are. But why should this be a court order still? After so many years it's surely been handled.

And court cases are easily googled too, because they're public records.

The only reason there would be a court order stipulating that she can't discuss the case, is if the school was negligent and they wanted to make it go away.

Sounds to me like she is admitting being a moron, so why would the school care to stifle that?  They should be happy she is taking the blame. 

So how much after your grandpa pic was this tragic disfiguring accident??
