I have finally gained about 10 pounds (go me!). My doctor is happy, I feel good and don't mind my extra weight, but my poor left foot is miserable!
I have permanent nerve damage in that foot and it was well under control before the pregnancy. Now it is throbbing and painful all the time (I am on my feet all day at work).
Anyone have any easy at-home suggestions for easing the ache? I was on prescription painkillers for it last time it was this bad but after I dropped to 105 pounds and stopped playing sports it improved.
I did change to a more supportive shoe but I'm not sure that's done a darn thing! I plan on seeing my podiatrist as well, I'm overdue for an appointment anyway.
Re: Any help for my poor foot?
Soak it in hot water?
Ice?
I hope your podiatrist can help you feel better soon!
