Heartburns

Hi ladies

Am I the only one who is having bad heartburns and problems eating? I don't have space for nothing anymore and it trying me crazy here...What are you taking for the heartburn's? Is there anything I can do?

Pepcid AC, whole milk and tums!
I can't drink water without getting heartburn!!!

I take Omeprazole (OTC for nexium) every day and drink milk whenever I get to coughing real bad or just cant stand it anymore.

I take one zantac a day!! It helps but you can't eat real spicy foods etc...bland food is the way to go unfortunately...

I can't drink milk...it gives me bad indigestion.

I take zantac 150 twice a day, along with drinking lots of milk and avoiding foods that have a lot of acid.

I think milk is making me sick so I decided to stay away from that..I been drinking a lot of water. I stop eating spicy food because it was making thing worst. I am taking Tums but it is not working for me..So I will be getting something tomorrow. Thanks ladies

I also take Zantac 150mg 2x daily for my heartburn.  As Hopeful said, I also try to avoid milk these days because it hasn't been doing me any favors.  Hope you find something that works for you.
