Parenting after 35

Day... er... what day am I on? 18?

Let's try 18, if I skipped one there'll be two day 18s.

Go go go, work it out!  20 minutes!

Day 18 ( I think ) of the 30 day shred - I managed the whole dang thing again, with slight wussing out on the double-jumprope.  My quadriceps aren't thrilled with how hard I've been pushing the squat stuff, but they're stronger and they'll thank me later.

Man, level 2 makes me sweat buckets!
