Day 18 ( I think ) of the 30 day shred - I managed the whole dang thing again, with slight wussing out on the double-jumprope. My quadriceps aren't thrilled with how hard I've been pushing the squat stuff, but they're stronger and they'll thank me later.
Man, level 2 makes me sweat buckets!
