We have a date! I scheduled my 3D/4D u/s on September 7th for the gender determination. I can't believe it's almost here... I can't wait to start shopping!

So exciting!!!!  I get to go in September 1 for mine and I can't wait!  I just hope LO cooperates and we can tell what it's going to be.  When I went in Wednesday for my monthly appointment and the doc was listening to the heartbeat, LO kept moving around & she could only listen to the heartbeat for a few seconds before LO rolled around to another place & she had to re-find it.  I had to call my parents as soon as I got home from my last appointment to tell them September 1 is u/s day   Everyone in my Mom's family is hoping for a boy (all the 8 great-grandkids are girls so far), but my sister wants a girl & DH thinks it's gonna be a girl.  We'll see who's right!

Someone help me out here...some of you going in September are about as far along as I am, but I had calculated early October for mine.  Am I wrong about when they do it?  I'm really excited to find out, but had resigned myself to another 6 weeks or so.

Some people go in earlier with an elective ultrasound, but most are at 18-20 weeks. I go in around the first of October for mine (19w).

Our anatomy scan is Sept 23rd.  I can't wait!!! I wish my doc would sign off on one of those handy dandy 3d/4d ultrasounds, but no dice.
