DH's company is going to be having lay offs. We have no idea if he'll make the cut or not. Three weeks ago they said sometime in the next two weeks. So for whatever reason the time frame has changed. But he says the morale is horrible, his boss gave her notice and everyone is just miserable. It's good he's still working, but everyday is like we are standing on the edge just waiting.
He decided to start looking for a job anyway. Even if he make the cut he's not sure he wants to stay in the aftermath. So he's had three interviews in the last week. One of the recruiters who sent him on an interview earlier this week just called here meaning to call his cell phone. So, I'm sitting here waiting for him to call me after he talks to this guy. DH thought the interview went really well. It would be so great if he got a job offer before the layoffs actually happen.
Ugh. This economy just sucks. I know we are luckier than a lot of people and I'm grateful for that, but the stress - OMG I'm going to lose my mind.
