Trying to Get Pregnant

Those who like to read...

I know we have a lot of ladies on here who like to read...have any of you read any of Philippa Gregory's books? I'm thinking of getting the The White Queen, but I wanted to see if you guys had any thoughts on it first! TIA!

Re: Those who like to read...

  • I read The Other Boleyn Girl and was entertained. I just read some of the reviews on The White Queen on Goodreads.com and I think it looks like it has potential. I'm going to add it to my "must read" list. :)

  • I agree wtih PP- I liked her other books so I would read her again. Haven't read the White Queen, though.

  • I've read the Other Boleyn Girl and The Queen's Fool but I have not read The White Queen. I'd think about reading another book by her because I liked the ones I did read, but right now my list of must-reads is too long!

    I hope you like it.

  • I read the White Queen but it wasn't my favorite of hers.

If you liked The Other Boylen Girl, check out the others in her 16th Century Tudor set

  • I loved the Other Boleyn Girl, but I haven't read the White Queen yet. I got on a Philippa Gregory kick for awhile and read the Queen's Fool, the Virgin's Lover and the Constant Princess - all of which I liked. But then I read the Wideacre Trilogy and hated it. It was so trashy, I quit in the middle of the second book. So I quit reading them, but maybe its time to check out this White Queen.
